If you want to know where tech is heading, look at who companies are hiring At Baldur Connect, here’s what we’re seeing with our clients in 2025: > companies are actively hiring talent at the intersection of AI, software, and automation. Some of the most exciting (and surprising) roles we’ve filled so far include:   - AI/ML Engineers (for a startup and a large insurtech client)   - Process Automation Experts (Series A fintech)   - Revenue Operations Specialists (adtech)   - Heads of People/Culture (high-growth B2B SaaS)   - SaaS Business Development Specialists (B2B supply chain)   - Blockchain Developers (banking) Here’s what surprised me: Most of these hires don’t follow the usual path: no Bachelor’s > Master’s > Internship > Corporate They’re 29–33 years old, working in startups or doing entrepreneurial projects, and already earning $150–200K.  Why? Because they deliver measurable results - not just credentials. To hire 'LEGENDS' in 2025, you have to: 1. Focus on outcomes, not degrees   - Ask: What real impact did they make in their last role? 2. Move fast on top candidates - Even in an employer’s market, a 3+ week hiring process means losing them. 3. Sell the vision   - High performers want to hear: Why your company? Why now? The best candidates aren’t actively job hunting, but they're looking for: A) Bigger challenges/exciting products B) More flexibility (like hybrid or remote work) C) Greater upside (think performance bonuses or stocks)  Is your hiring process ready to attract them?
