It means navigating different expectations, norms, and sometimes even biases. But it also means the ability to connect diverse ideas and people - and discover new versions of what I can be. ❤️ Laura Profanter-Sonnenschein: I want my sons childhood to be characterized by diversity. That this diversity in the most diverse aspects is a fact for him and no longer a debate. 💚 Martina Lartey: Growing up in two cultures helped me to respect other people's perspectives rather than taking advantage of them. 💛 Philippa Köhnk: From our startup program experience, multi-cultural teams enrich not only the startup itself, but the entire community and program! 💜 Amy Adinnu: For some people, feeling uncomfortable with their different nationalities is sadly a daily struggle -and that must be changed! 🧡 Ciro Del Core - MBA Germany has always felt like a second home to me, and it’s no coincidence that most job offers I received after the pandemic came from here.
