EDAG JOINS COMPASS EU PROJECT: LEADING THE WAY IN SUSTAINABLE REMANUFACTURING // As one of 13 European partners in the COMPASS project, co-funded by the European Commission, EDAG is proud to help revolutionize remanufacturing for end-of-life components in the aerospace and automotive industries. 🌍 30% of aircraft sheet metal and composite panels are targeted for remanufacturing, driving a circular economy and potentially generating €60 million in metal and €500 million in composite value annually by 2035. 💡 Through digital innovations like the Digital Product Passport, COMPASS will enhance disassembly and remanufacturing processes, supporting sustainability and innovation in engineering. EDAG ITALIA ACQUIRES ANYMA DESIGN // After months of intense work, we are pleased to announce the acquisition of ANYMA Design by EDAG Italia. Located in the heart of Italy’s Motor Valley, ANYMA Design supports some of the world’s most prestigious motorcycle brands, including agricultural and special vehicles, in areas such as: • Brand Design Strategy • Lean Design-Technology Convergence • Mobility and Industry Design • Colors, Materials, and Finishing With this acquisition, ANYMA Design, its employees, and Lorenzo Naddei, Founder & Managing Partner, become part of EDAG Italia. Lorenzo will assume a dual role: Chief Designer Officer at ANYMA (by EDAG) and Key Account Manager Motorcycle, responsible for business development and R&D. He will collaborate closely with EDAG Group's corporate and business unit Motorcycle in Munich, Germany. This strategic acquisition positions EDAG Group as a global leader in the end-to-end development of 2–3-wheel vehicles and enhances the design capabilities of both EDAG Italia and EDAG Spain, enriching our expertise in Vehicle Engineering.

EDAG SMART INDUSTRY SUMMIT: CELEBRATING EXCELLENCE AND INNOVATION // The EDAG Smart Industry Summit 2024 brought together industry leaders for an inspiring exchange of ideas and innovations. A highlight of the event was EDAG Production Solutions being recognized as WACKER Chemie AG’s Best Service Partner. 🏆 Manfred Maierhofer, Head of IT Procurement at Wacker, presented the award to Dirk Keller, Managing Director of EDAG Production Solutions, in recognition of our exceptional work in developing and managing production monitoring and control software. DTM RED BULL RING: A WEEKEND TO REMEMBER // What an exhilarating weekend it was at the Red Bull Ring for SSR Performance GmbH and EDAG Group! As proud partners, we witnessed incredible performances from the drivers and the entire team. Saturday's Race 1 saw Mirko Bortolotti drive from P4 to a thrilling victory, marking his first DTM win in over a year. With smart strategy and perfect execution from the crew, Mirko's win catapulted him to the top of the championship standings. Nicki Thiim also showed resilience, battling back to P13 after an unfortunate incident in the pit lane. Sunday continued the momentum with Mirko securing pole position in Qualifying for Race 2. The race itself was a fierce battle, and despite some challenges, Mirko brought the car home in P4, extending his lead in the championship to 15 points. Nicki fought hard to finish in P16. A huge shoutout to the entire SSR Performance team for their hard work and dedication. The grand finale at Hockenheimring awaits in 3 weeks – we’re ready for another thrilling showdown! 💪

FORD MARCH OF DIMES GOLF OUTING // EDAG was a sponsor for the Ford March of Dimes Golf Outing on September 20th. March of Dimes is a nonprofit organization with the aim to fight for the health of mothers and babies, with their biggest goal being ending preventable health risks for mothers and babies, while closing the health equity gap.
