October 10th is World Mental Health Day 💜 A recent Randstad study revealed that 85% of employees consider mental health support from their employer to be essential. At Elli, we understand how crucial mental health and well-being are, and we're committed to empowering our employees and leaders with the skills to support one another. But we’re not just talking about it – we’re taking action! Especially in a team as diverse as ours. We’re excited to announce that, in partnership with Likeminded, we've launched Mental Health Awareness Training for all managers and employees. Comprehensive and innovative energy solutions for the home: Elli has now set new standards in integrating renewable energies and reducing charging costs to make the energy transition at home a reality. 🏠⚡ Furthermore, customers can now also purchase and install a solar power system from Otovo together with the smart Elli charger 2. The partnership between Elli and Norwegian solar power marketplace Otovo will initially be rolled out in Germany at selected Volkswagen dealers as a pilot project and is intended to be established across Europe in the long term. 🤝🏻 "At Elli, we see smart charging as the interface between electric mobility and the energy transition at home. Elli is growing! 🚀   We are excited to announce that Sebastijan Lubej is joining Elli as our new Vice President Technology. In his role, Sebastijan will spearhead the technical development of new energy projects under the leadership of Elli CTO Mark Moeller.   At Elli, large-scale energy storage is a key pillar on our journey to becoming one of Europe's leading energy companies. Next year, we will announce new business milestones, which will require deep expertise in energy, trading, and advanced technology. Sebastijan’s experience is crucial to making our vision a reality to enable e-mobility in Europe with smart energy solutions that optimize power use across the entire ecosystem.   Prior to joining Elli, Sebastijan served as Staff Charging Applications Engineer at Tesla. With over 15 years of experience in the energy and renewable energy sectors, Sebastijan is a highly experienced engineer and project manager with a demonstrated history of working in the automotive industry with a strong focus in software development and solar power.
