Since September 2021, Kai has been Managing Director of Deharde GmbH a metal processing company specializing in the aviation industry. Prior to this, Kai gained many years of experience as a plant and site manager at Airbus developing a deep understanding of aircraft construction and production processes. He also held roles at railway companies Deutsche Bahn and ÖBB Technical Services.
