𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗳𝗮𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲, 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗲: '𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲' 𝗮𝘁 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁! Before the official launch of the new '𝗟𝗥 𝗭𝗲𝗶𝘁𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲', our employees had the exclusive opportunity to experience the Make-up Essentials, a new range of colour cosmetics, at first sight. In a world full of glamour and beauty, make-up artist Monika Heursen-Gerhard showed what makes the products so special.    Alongside many colleagues who were involved in the development of LR Zeitgard Signature, our colleague Marilena with Monika Heursen-Gerhard shared valuable tips and tricks in this beauty session. This made the enthusiasm for the new cosmetics line even greater!   We take our employees on this journey before every product launch: We actively involve and inform them about the latest developments as well as letting them test the products themselves. 𝗜𝗧 𝗵𝘂𝗯 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘀: 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝘀 𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗿 📍   LR is continuously investing in strengthening and developing the necessary IT competences. With the opening of a ‘𝗡𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗜𝗧 𝗛𝗨𝗕’ 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘀, we are setting a significant milestone in the expansion of our IT landscape. Following LR’s strategy, our goal is to develop and operate all our business applications internally in the future. Opening of the new center of excellence is planned for beginning of 2025.    The starting signal for the recruitment of the first IT colleagues has already been given. Whether 𝘀𝗼𝗳𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀, 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝗨𝗜/𝗨𝗫 𝗱𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 - we are creating product-orientated teams. What an amazing weekend for many of our colleagues! On Saturday, the 𝗟𝗥 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗗𝗮𝘆 took place in Düsseldorf - an event for our partners that takes place twice a year to announce exciting news, introduce new brand product and is filled with lots of emotion, recognition and inspiration.   With around 5.000 guests on site, it's clear that the organization of this event demands a lot. Our colleagues here are true organizational talents. The creative ideas are planned down to the last detail well in advance and it is always fascinating to see what we can achieve together as an LR team.   On the day of the event itself, many of our employee’s volunteer - whether at the entrance, as a cameraman or behind the scenes - our team is so diverse that everyone helps exactly where they are needed.   Business days like this are not only an important event for our partners, but also for us as the LR family. And that's what we're all about: achieving great things together! #wearemore

𝗡𝗲𝘄𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁: 𝗔 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 - 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀!   Today we have something to celebrate - 15 years ago, the LR Global Kids Fund e.V. was founded by LR employees and has been supporting disadvantaged children and young people since. A success story that would not have been possible without the active support of many sponsors! Together, an incredible total of 5.7 million euros has been raised during this time - funds that have been fully invested in numerous children's aid projects.   This great milestone is being celebrated this year with a special campaign under the slogan ‘I do nothing... more beautiful than giving children a bright future!’, where supporting members highlight the important work of the charity. Thanks to the support of LR employees, sales partners and customers, the association now supports around 19 international projects a year. The heart of the LRGKF's work are its partnerships with the Ahlen ‘Lunch Club’ and ‘SOS Children's Villages worldwide’.   Congratulations on your anniversary and to many more successful years 💜🥂

𝗟𝗲𝘁'𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁! 🔗 Today's lunch break was a little more exciting than usual for our colleagues Hanna and Nicole. Although they are somehow colleagues, they didn't really know each other until now. With various departments and over 700 employees at our headquarter in Ahlen, this is not unusual. Both took the opportunity to take part in our ‘𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 & 𝗘𝗮𝘁’ programme, which encourages our employees in Ahlen to get to know each other and engage in interdisciplinary exchange. Everyone who wants to participate, is randomly matched with another colleague.
