Food, collaboration, and a little friendly competition - not a bad way to spend the day! The Reach, a division of Acosta/Heathrow team, alongside our client, took part in an amazing team building day at the Underground Cookery School in London (We'd highly recommend!) The day kicked off with an exciting challenge – splitting into two teams and heading to Borough Market armed with a shopping list, cash, and a quiz to complete. The goal? Gather all the ingredients at the best prices and ace the quiz – all within a tight time limit! Once back, professional chefs guided us through some culinary skills, including butchering a whole chicken and making fresh pasta from scratch. After prepping the ingredients, we watched the chefs cook everything, culminating in a fantastic meal that everyone had a hand in creating. #TeamBuilding #Collaboration #Reach #Teamwork
