SCAYLE continues to be a driving force behind the ABOUT YOU Group's success, underpinned by more than 20% year-on-year growth in our annual recurring revenue in H1 2024/2025. Our enterprise commerce platform has reached new heights, while helping brands and retailers to create seamless direct-to-consumer experiences at scale. New partnerships and go-lives demonstrated our ability to meet the ever-evolving needs of our enterprise customers. For example, we are proud to have welcomed the Swedish-based Pierce Group - Riders in Ecommerce, European market leader for motocross, motorcycle, and snowmobile items, to our growing customer base. At the Group level, the management board has narrowed its guidance for FY 2024/2025, now expecting revenue growth of +1% to +7% year-on-year, and raising the guided adjusted EBITDA to €15M to €35M. Based on: → Adjusted EBITDA improved by over €20M to €12.8M in H1 2024/2025. → Group revenue grew by 2.3% to €968.4M, alongside an increase in active customers from Q1 to Q2. Curious for more?
