Real Dairy milk without traditional dairy farming? This idea might sound counterintuitive, but it is exactly what German startup Senara GmbH is turning into reality by developing a process to create authentic milk from cultured milk cells - no factory farming, no methane emissions and no need for vast amounts of farming land! orl How does it work? 🤔 🔬 Cell cultivation - Whilest minimizing animal intervention, milk-producing cells are being directly isolated from the cows milk itself 🧫 Growth in Bioreactors - Placed in bioreactors the cells are provided with optimal conditions and nourished wit essential nutrients, allowing them to naturally produce mire milk - just as they would inside a cow 🥛The Final Product - The milk harvested from this process contains the same proteins, fats and nutrients as conventional dairy milk!
