Im Geschäftsjahr 2021 erzielte STADA einen Konzernumsatz von 3.249,5 Millionen Euro und ein Ergebnis vor Zinsen, Steuern und Abschreibungen (EBITDA) von 776,5 Millionen Euro. Zum 31. There are many reasons for this - and some of them also depend on gender. For men, the main reason for the lack of trust is the fear that everyone involved in conventional medicine just wants to make money. For women, on the other hand, the most frequently cited reason is that conventional medicine only focuses on treating symptoms instead of acutal causes.     Today we are putting the spotlight on Isabelle Brand's exceptional career journey at STADA. She started in May 2020 as a participant in our esteemed Global Trainee program; Isabelle has navigated diverse roles, bringing fresh perspectives and impactful contributions to each assignment. Her time at Bad Vilbel exemplifies her commitment to excellence, from pioneering automated throughput time reports using Alteryx and Tableau to delving into data research within our Data Science & Analytics department. Embracing roles in Quality Assurance Compliance and Improvement, Isabelle deepened her understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and nurtured a comprehensive knowledge of our production site and global requirements, demonstrating unwavering dedication to operational excellence. From January 2022, Isabelle has been serving as a Product Steward at Bad Vilbel MS&T, proactively involved in pre- and post-audit preparations for Bad Vilbel and Pfaffenhofen sites. She has been engaging in activities such as root-cause investigations, ongoing process verification, and leading the introduction of a new cleaning validation concept. Her next station was as a Global Tech Transfer Manager at STADA Vietnam for 18 months. Isabelle has displayed exemplary leadership in managing product transfers, optimizing processes, and driving cross-functional improvement activities. Since July 2024, Isabelle is working as MS&T project manager at Norbitec GmbH in Uetersen. The site manufactures biotechnologically the active ingredient for the treatment of anemia. Her focus is on leading projects in the up- and downstream production area to support and strengthens the site’s growth. Isabelle's journey is a testament to the invaluable talent within our organization and how our diverse opportunities foster growth, innovation, and global collaboration. #GrowWithSTADA #CareerGrowth #CaringForPeoplesHealth

    Strong partner STADA 📍 Germany! The STADA OTC Generics Initiative with the German Red Cross is forging ahead into 2024, carrying forward the torch of compassion. Since its inception, we have rallied together to raise over 250,000 euros for DRK projects and individuals in need. STADA’s impactful OTC generics campaign is a beacon of hope, striving to enhance the well-being of others through a simple yet profound gesture. For every product sold under the OTC generic portfolio, a donation of 2 euros cents is dedicated to this noble cause. In 2023 alone, we joyfully contributed 75,000 euros to the German Red Cross, standing tall in our commitment to making a difference in the lives of those who need it most.
