Today, we hosted our Annual General Meeting at the DSV headquarters in Denmark. More than 300 shareholders attended the meeting, which was also webcasted to allow virtual attendance. Natalie Shaverdian Riise-Knudsen and Sabine Bendiek were elected to the Board of Directors. They bring valuable experience and capabilities that will serve DSV well and support our continued growth, not least during the planned integration of Schenker, which we expect to close in Q2. Chairman of the DSV Board of Directors, Thomas Plenborg, says: “We are excited to welcome new members to the Board of Directors at this important time in the company’s history. I’m sure that they will make a significant contribution to DSV, and I’m looking forward to collaborating with them in our continued efforts to grow the company.”

In recognition of International Women’s Day, we would like to acknowledge the achievements of women around the world, who continue to make positively contributions across all areas of our organisation. This year's theme, "Accelerate Action," highlights the importance of taking swift and decisive steps to achieve gender equality, and we are proud to support initiatives that promote this cause. We have recently set more ambitious global targets for women in leadership positions, signalling our commitment to ensuring a strong pipeline of diverse talent. To achieve this, we are launching a range of initiatives, including our new Women in Leadership Programme. This programme is designed to empower and support women in their career journeys, providing them with the tools, resources, and opportunities they require to excel in current leadership roles or when stepping into their first  leadership position. DSV’s participation in Aero India 2025 provided a valuable opportunity to demonstrate its expertise in managing the intricate supply chains and transportation needs of the Aerospace and Defense sectors. The event offered valuable networking opportunities with global aerospace professionals, defense contractors, government officials & fostering collaboration in aerospace and defense supply chain management. DSV was privileged to highlight its pivotal role in ensuring the timely delivery of critical components, spare parts, and equipment for both manufacturing and mission-critical aerospace & defense operations. The team, led by Col. Hemant Sahni, VSM (Retd), Head of Aerospace & Defense for ISC, extends its gratitude to all industry partners who visited DSV during the event.

The automotive industry has become increasingly reliant on semiconductors as cars evolve into complex, software-driven systems. A well-planned and impactful two-day "DSV India - Annual Corporate Sales Meet 2025" took place on the 16th and 17th of January in Mumbai.   We want to take a moment to thank everyone for their active participation. It was truly inspiring to witness such enthusiasm, collaboration, and open communication from all team members. The brainstorming sessions brought forth fantastic ideas which will significantly strengthen our teamwork and drive us toward success.   The clarity and vision shared during the meeting have provided us with a clear roadmap for achieving our objectives as a team and as an organization. Last week, we released our 2024 Annual Report, presenting not only strong financial results but also significant progress in our sustainability efforts over the past year. We’re happy to report that we are on track to reach our 2030 targets as we continue to invest in CO2 reduction initiatives. For example, we installed solar panels on new facilities in Denmark and Sweden. Our Horsens facility in Denmark, is among the world’s largest roof-based solar systems, generating more electricity than the warehouses consume, allowing us to use the energy to charge electric vehicles or feed it back into the grid. In addition to our decarbonisation initiatives, we introduced several new policies, including responsible sourcing. We also partnered with UNICEF to deliver essential supplies to families worldwide and set new global 2030 targets for women in senior management. As we look ahead to 2025, we’re confident that our sustainability journey will continue to gain momentum as we invest in further initiatives and support our customers with solutions for their decarbonisation strategies. We are happy to present our 2024 results. They show that, thanks to our customers, colleagues and strategy, we have grown ahead of the market for three quarters in a row now. We also continued our decarbonisation initiatives, and we are well underway to meet our 2030 targets. We cooperate closely with our customers to support their initiatives to reduce their carbon footprint. A highlight of the year was when we announced the biggest acquisition in our history. This year, we look very much forward to welcoming our new colleagues from Schenker. Together, we will build a global leader in transport and logistics. Watch and hear Group CEO Jens H.
