    ONLY NEXT LEVEL LEADERS! Over the past year, a group of experienced leaders at ONLY BRAND HOUSE have participated in ONLY NEXT LEVEL - an advanced leadership programme. NEXT LEVEL has placed a particular emphasis on strengthening leaders' strategic thinking and business acumen, with a specific focus on 'founder’s mentality' - a core concept within ONLY's culture. "Founder’s mentality is deeply embedded in ONLY Brand House, and it has been a central aspect of the Next Level programme," says Mikkel Gøttge Madsen, International Sales Manager, ONLY. "For me, it has been incredibly valuable to gain concrete tools that not only strengthen my role as a leader but also as a businessperson - always asking the question: 'What would a founder do?' This mindset has given me a solid foundation that I will cherish and carry with me throughout my career." Beyond individual development, NEXT LEVEL has also fostered a strong network for experience-sharing and collaboration across the organisation. The programme culminated recently with a speech by CEO Finn Poulsen, a diploma ceremony and warm congratulations to the leaders for their remarkable progress and invaluable contributions to ONLY Brand House's continued growth and success.     Boosting business in Spain with a six-month deployment of a talented colleague! ONLY BRAND HOUSE is strengthening its presence and understanding of the Spanish market with a six-month deployment of Line Grølsted, Division Sales Responsible, ONLY NOOS. The aim is to build valuable relationships and gain deeper insights into our NOOS (Never Out Of Stock) business. "By sending Line to Spain, we are taking a historic step for ONLY BRAND HOUSE," says Mathias Brigsted, International Sales Manager, ONLY NOOS. "Intensified market insights, increased presence with our Spanish colleagues, and a unique perspective on our Spanish efforts will create value for our company in a completely new way." Line's passion for NOOS and understanding of the Spanish market are a great match for this exciting mission. Having 3.5 years of experience working with NOOS in the Spanish market at our headquarter in Brande, she brings lots of knowledge and expertise to the table. Additionally, her fluency in Spanish and prior experience living in Spain make her well-suited to thrive in her new environment. "Spain is a market with major untapped potential for several of our brands," says Line. "For me, it’s a unique opportunity to build a closer relationship with the market. I will be running workshops, NOOS academies across brands in ONLY BRAND HOUSE, and serving as the link between Denmark and Spain." When asked about her biggest concern, Line says with a smile, "That I don't want to come home again! But as the saying goes: I will cross that bridge when I get to it.     At ONLY BRAND HOUSE, we of course embraced BESTSELLER's #HealthWeek with lots of energy and good cheer!    The week offered a mix of physical activities and healthy refreshments.     CONGRATULATIONS! At ONLY BRAND HOUSE we proudly celebrate 14 talented apprentices who graduated last week after completing their apprenticeship with us.       This year has been no exception, with 14 apprentices having completed their apprenticeships in either Retail, Sales, or Buying. One of these exceptional individuals, Emma Offersen, was nominated for the prestigious "Apprentice of the Year" award, presented by BESTSELLER. Emma Offersen, who was a Retail Buying Apprentice at ONLY STORES, reflects on her experience:      "One of the things that has impressed me the most is the trust and responsibility I was given right from the start of my apprenticeship. I was quickly given the opportunity to work independently on important tasks, and it has given me an immense feeling of being a valuable part of the team. My advice to future apprentices is to be open and curious. Ask about everything and don't be afraid to make mistakes - it's part of the learning process.     A couple of weeks ago, ONLY BRAND HOUSE concluded another successful financial year, which we celebrated in style at Smukfest last Friday. To the rhythm of great music and surrounded by cheerful colleagues, we enjoyed reflecting on a year of impressive achievements while simultaneously celebrating our partnership with the festival. Smukfest has once again benefited from the unique Smuk collection, designed, and developed in close collaboration with us.    As last year, this year's collection has delighted Smukfest attendees, artists, and volunteers with its unique design and high quality.
