(for our Danish followers) I Planetary Responsibility Foundation arbejder vi med impact investeringer og corporate engagement, og vi er glade for at kunne lancere Treetrek, som måske er relevant for dig eller nogen du kender. TreeTrek (www.treetrek.dk) er en 1,5 -dags vandretur i Nationalpark Skjoldungernes Land den 24.-25. september 2024, og handler om at skabe netværk og vidensdeling for professionelle, der ønsker at indarbejde biodiversitet i sin strategi og forretningspraksis. Sammen med nationalparken og Gordon P. Henriksen som vores guide byder vi på læring om og inspiration fra naturen, netværk med frontløber-virksomheder og eksperter og vi er med til at støtte lokal naturgenopretning. 🌍✨ We are thrilled to announce that we have invested in Ponterra, a trailblazing UK-based company dedicated to #nature #restoration. This partnership will support Ponterra's ambitious goal of launching 35 global projects over the next decade, transforming unproductive lands into vibrant, #biodiversity-rich habitats.   We are particularly excited about Ponterra's #ARCproject in Panama, restoring 10,000 hectares with 75 local tree species. It sets a new standard for nature restoration, benefiting ecosystems and farmers through carbon and biodiversity credits. The project is fully funded by Microsoft, Rubicon Carbon, and Carbon Streaming Corporation, and it will sequester 3.24 million tons of CO2.   We’re truly proud to support real actions addressing #biodiversity and #climate crises, now together with Ponterra.
