    What does it take to build a productive workforce? 🤔 According to Google's co-founder, about 60 hours of work a week… at a desk… in the office. This take on productivity goes against countless studies into optimal working hours — and against data from 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗼𝗴𝗴𝗹 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗲𝘅™️. We found forcing employees to work structured hours or from specific locations drives disengagement in the workplace. And I hope my TA team doesn’t come after me for saying this 🙈 Here is why: 🔥 Toggl Work, our answer to expense management, is our newest product—this role will be 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 in shaping its future 💡 The Work team is small but mighty—a group of insanely talented, kind, and driven people ⚡ Even though Work is part of the larger Toggl org, it operates like a startup. A great fit for experienced BDMs who want the stability of an established company mixed with fast-moving startup vibes 🌍 We are building out a suite of products and Toggl Work will be a key piece I’ll skip the long list of our benefits and our out-of-the-ordinary way of working (I talk about it all the time anyway.)     Thousands of companies are still trying to navigate non-traditional environments and find their way with remote or hybrid places. For leaders, the struggle to balance employee wellbeing without sacrificing productivity is tough. But these companies risk leaving money on the table in 2025.     🤖 Another Model Context Protocol server I created that makes my life easier. This one might have a bit less broad audience, but it shows some cool capabilities of LLMs for financial analysis! 🕰️ At wolk we use Toggl to track our time across various projects and clients. As such, it has become a vital part of our day to day operations, and we have really grown to like the tool. 📊 In my latest MCP experiment, I have integrated our hour-reporting and project administration tool with Claude, such that it can do analysis across our project portfolio and help us do financial analysis.
