Beltone Holding, one of the fastest-growing financial institutions, announces that its subsidiary, Beltone Leasing and Factoring, has signed a sale and leaseback agreement and factoring facility totaling EGP 400 million with Madkour Group, a leading name in infrastructure development. The agreement includes a sale and leaseback transaction worth EGP 300 million for Madkour Group’s administrative unit assets at the Zizinia project in New Cairo and a factoring agreement worth EGP 100 million to support the Group’s working capital needs and fuel its nationwide growth projects.

MADKOUR is a Firebrand Award Winner! We are thrilled to announce that MADKOUR Group was honored with a Firebrand Award! A global award by Inductive Automation in ICC Conference in California, United States. The winning project is our flagship “Toshka - The Development of South of Valley”, which showcases our remarkable Digital Transformation Journey with Ignition SCADA software. This project is considered one of the largest SCADA and Water Management System projects in Egypt. It encompasses monitoring and controlling hundreds of irrigation pumping stations and medium voltage distribution substations.
