Today, the Business School at The Knowledge Hub Universities Coventry University had the pleasure of hosting a fantastic event with THE BOARD CONSULTING. Zeina Zafer delivered an insightful session to our students, diving into three real market cases that the students will conduct Market Research on. This hands-on experience is invaluable as our students prepare for their final project assessments. Last week, our MD, Ahmed Zaki joined industry leaders Fathallah Fawzy, Ahmed Abdalla, Karim Zein, Fadi E. Abdalla, and Mohamed Talaat at the ALMAL GTM Real Estate Conference in a captivating panel moderated by Hazem Sherif. Together, they shared valuable insights on the North Coast as a prime investment destination in Egypt, emphasizing its appeal to international summer visitors and investors. Ahmed Zaki discussed the remarkable growth of Egypt's real estate industry, noting that TMG alone generated nearly 200 billion EGP in sales in the first seven months of 2024, solidifying the North Coast’s position as a leading destination. He also explored potential opportunities for further enhancement within the sector.
