We welcome our 2025 Young Talents! 🎉 Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming the #DesigualYoungTalent, who will join various departments across the company throughout the year. Their first day was packed with exciting activities! They discovered the history of our brand, explored the work each team does at Desigual, and enjoyed a guided tour of our Home Offices featuring spaces like the showroom and product areas—they got to see where the magic happens ✨. To make this first day truly memorable, they visited one of the most exciting spots in our offices: the photo studio! 📸 There, they had their professional portraits taken and posed for a fun group photo alongside our Talent & Culture team to celebrate the start of their journey with us. Adding to the excitement, Pablo Otero Piñeiro, Adriana Ibáñez Arnedo, and Maria Bretones Muñoz, Young Talents from the 2024 edition, joined us to welcome the new team members. They shared memories of their first day at Desigual a year ago and offered inspiring advice to kick off this amazing experience 💬✨. Last week at DESIGUAL , we launched the 4th Edition of Awesome Lab—our pioneering open innovation program designed to drive transformation in the fashion industry through data and artificial intelligence. In collaboration with Wayra , this initiative continues to connect with the most disruptive startups to reimagine the future of fashion. Young Talents 2025: The future of DESIGUAL is closer than ever! 🚀✨ At Desigual, we’re fully embracing the creative process of the Young Talent Program. Over 800 young people have showcased their talent and originality through challenges designed to explore their most innovative and authentic sides. From presenting themselves with TikTok-style videos to creating moodboards that reflect their personal universe 🎨, each step has been an explosion of creativity. In the group dynamics, candidates faced the challenge of designing cover looks using pieces from our collections 👗👚. The energy, style, and unique ideas that emerged were simply incredible! Every challenge has been an opportunity to discover their talent, passion, and innovation. The final step of the process? Talent Day, where over 60 finalists had the chance to meet the managers and directors from various departments at Desigual 🎯. Each team shared their vision for 2025, the challenges they face, and how they work, while candidates interacted, asked questions, and connected directly with the teams. 2024 in Review, 2025 in Motion: Our Xmas Speech 🎄🎤   As we do every year at this time, we gathered our Home Office teams in the Ágora of our headquarters and connected with our international teams via streaming to celebrate our traditional Xmas Speech.   Alberto Ojinaga, our CEO, reflected on the lessons and achievements of 2024, revisiting the best moments of our brand over the past year. He also shared the challenges and opportunities that await us in 2025, setting the course for what’s ahead for our teams.   "What matters most is not just what we’ve achieved, but how we’ve achieved it together. I am incredibly proud of what we are building at DESIGUAL —not just for the results, but for the way we believe in what we do and move forward as one. At DESIGUAL, we wish to express our deep sadness at the unexpected passing of Isak Andic, founder of MANGO. We have lost a true pioneer in the fashion industry and an exemplary figure renowned for his extraordinary vision, humanity, and outstanding leadership at the front line of Mango. Isak will be remembered not only for his remarkable talent and leadership but also for his strong commitment to the sector. "Isak was the shaper of a unique transformative project within the Spanish fashion industry, leaving behind an immense legacy that undoubtedly will live in all of us who had the privilege of knowing him. Today, I mourn the loss of an extraordinary and dearly valued colleague. We founded our companies at the same time, 40 years ago, and his journey and work at Mango have been exemplary. We always shared a mutual admiration for taking on the challenge of building our respective projects from the ground up, and we held a shared vision of advancing fashion, innovation, and creativity from #Barcelona to the global stage. His loss leaves an irreplaceable void", stated Thomas Meyer, founder of Desigual.
