We have zero stock since productions are made-to-order. 🌍 Local Production: +80% of our production happens in Spain and Portugal, reducing emissions, boosting local economies, and offering faster response to demand. 📦 Low Order Quantities: Through grouped production, we offer order quantities 60% lower than the market average—helping brands produce exactly what they need. 📉 Reducing Physical Samples: By leveraging 3D designs and patterns, we cut physical samples by 80%, addressing overproduction at its root. October sales hit over 200,000€. Our biggest month yet! 🚀 In a single month, we’ve hit our highest-ever sales figure, achieving over 200,000€ —a record-breaking milestone for us! In October alone, we have achieved over 60% of our total 2023 sales. And we’re only just beginning. We’re on track to achieve more than x4 growth in sales this year (vs 2023). A year ago, we made bold moves. We pivoted our entire business model, redefined our ICP, and restructured our team. Back then, we were bringing in just 5,000€ monthly. That strategic shift transformed FABBRIC's growth trajectory. If someone had told us a year ago we’d be hitting these numbers, we wouldn’t have believed it! Honoured to Speak Alongside Incredible Leaders at the IV National Congress of Civil Society: "Spain That Leads" 🤝 Last week, I had the honour of speaking at the IV National Congress of Sociedad Civil Ahora, titled "Spain that Leads" in Seville. It was an incredible opportunity to meet and learn from leaders across politics and business who are shaping society. Their insights into governance, innovation, and progress were truly inspiring. From figures like Enrico Letta and Juanma Moreno, the event offered a unique glimpse into impactful leadership across sectors. I participated in a panel where we discussed the opportunities and challenges Spain faces in areas such as entrepreneurship, women in leadership, and seniority. I shared my thoughts on: 1️⃣ How was it to start a business in Spain at age 25? I reflected on the growing entrepreneurial ecosystem, hubs like Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia, and Sevilla, and how support from accelerators like Lanzadera helped propel FABBRIC forward. I highlighted that one of the biggest hurdles in the initial phases of a startup is attracting and retaining top talent while navigating initial funding challenges, emphasizing the need for robust support networks. 2️⃣ Opportunities and challenges for women entrepreneurs in Spain: Despite positive strides with initiatives such as Female Startup Leaders, where I am proud to be a member, and ENISA’s Women in Tech funding line, gender disparities persist, especially in access to capital. It was a privilege to share the stage with Jose R. Calvo, Vanessa Muñoz Pineda, Francisco Tomás Mesonero Fdez de Córdoba, José Luis Fernández Santillana and Antonio Magraner.
