We have announced H1 2024 results, and we have a lot to be proud of! 🔹Our centres continue to register #growth, with brand sales 8% higher, beating 2023’s record H1 figures and continuing the upward trend seen in recent years. 🔹We continue to welcome new brands and growing existing ones, with portfolio #occupancy rate of 97% exceeding expected forecasts. 🔹Sales density reached close to double digits, with several of the portfolio's centres particularly standing out. Our #AnnualReport2023 is out! We had a strong year and continued strengthening our position in the outlet sector, focusing on brand partnership, customer experience, innovation and sustainability. 2023 was a year marked by strong operational results, a rising number of visitors to our centres and increased commercial activity. In this context, we have also seen strong sustainability performance across our portfolio. Some highlights: ❇️ We have reduced the energy consumption by -4.3% compared to 2022 ❇️We have reduced our gas consumption by -5.4% and electricity consumption by -4.4% ❇️ We have cut Scopes 1 & 2 carbon emissions by 9.9% ❇️ We continue to push low-carbon mobility with electric vehicle charging points installed at 93% of portfolio, with contracts signed for 100% and more than 200 new charging points being added at our centres during next months. ❇️We have taken an important step forward by announcing our new Net Zero Carbon Roadmap with a clearly defined pathway towards achieving net zero carbon buildings by 2040. ❇️We achieved Zero Waste certification for 94% of our centres, making NEINVER one of the first real estate companies in the retail sector to achieve this certification in Europe by TÜV Rheinland. ❇️ We renewed BREEAM In-Use certification for all assets in France, Poland and Italy under version 6 of the scheme, with more demanding requirements. ❇️ We continued to train our team on sustainability, with 100% of employees completing a sustainability training in 2023. ❇️ We achieved the maximum 5-star GRESB rating for our NEPTUNE portfolio. ❇️ We supported job creation in our communities by organising job fairs in 80% of our centres. 2023 marked another year of impressive #growth across our portfolio: ⬆ Brand sales reached €1.48 billion, up 11% y-o-y ⬆ 68 million visitors were welcomed at our centres, an 8.5% increase compared to the previous year. ⬆ Outlet centre results were particularly strong, with our retailers’ sales growing 12% and posting continued consecutive #recordbreaking figures. ⬆ Occupancy stood at a high of 96.5% ⬆ Robust leasing activity reflects the strength of our portfolio and our continued focus on diversifying and expanding our mix of retail brands. ⬆ We have strategically expanded our dining and drinking options, with some assets increasing their food & beverage share from 5% to 10%, ensuring our visitors have an even more enjoyable experience. In 2017, we began implementing the International accessibility standard AIS Certificación with the aim of eliminating architectural barriers for anyone who visits or works at our centres. A voluntary certificate that verifies that our centres have adopted adequate measures to provide an #inclusive design and experience, regardless of the physical capabilities or sensory needs of the users. Today, all NEINVER-owned assets are AIS-certified, and we continue to work intensively to improve their #accessibility . During 2024 we will renew our certificates in Poland & Italy, expecting significant improvements in our portfolio. Another milestone in our sustainability roadmap! We have successfully completed the renewal of the BREEAM Official certifications for the entire Polish portfolio under version 6 of the BREEAM In-use scheme. The renewal of five assets was done under BREEAM In-Use version 6, which places increased emphasis on the principles of #climateresilience, #socialvalue and the #circulareconomy . 🌿All our six assets: #FACTORY outlets in Warsaw's Annopol and Ursus districts, Poznań, Kraków and Gliwice as well as #FUTURAPark Krakow reached their “Excellent” rating In Part 1, which assesses building performance. 🌿In Part 2, which certifies building management, our Warsaw and Poznan outlets have been rated 'Excellent'. FACTORY and Futura Park in Kraków and FACTORY Gliwice achieved a 'Very Good'. In 2013, we became the first operator to earn BREEAM In-Use certification for the whole #outlet portfolio in Europe.
