Key takeaways for participants included mastering core principles like trust, conflict, commitment, accountability, and results, while enhancing self-awareness and interpersonal skills. The practical workshop also gave them the chance to apply these skills to real job situations, engaging in constructive conflict, feedback, and accountability to improve teamwork, therefore fostering a cohesive and high-performing team.
