At Alan, we decided to deconstruct the manager role, we have a very flat structure and believe in empowering people with a significant amount of autonomy. This means that no matter your role or level you will have ownership over important topics, will contribute to improving Alan and making important decisions about the future of the company. Instead of being managed you are supported by the community you have joined and will have a coach who nurtures your careers development.
