📱In Africa’s fight for climate justice, technology and innovation are key. Organizations like the International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI) and Esoko in Ghana are using mobile platforms and data-driven solutions to support farmers, reduce food waste, and improve food security. However, as fragile African states face rising temperatures and extreme weather, the need for more cooperation and tech-driven solutions is urgent. Despite these efforts, climate adaptation financing remains inadequate, highlighting the importance of leveraging data to manage the continent’s environmental challenges.
