Fred lives in northern Uganda with his wife Concy and their children. 🐝   After being diagnosed with glaucoma, he was forced to stop working as a beekeeper, and the family faced hardship. For a while, their future looked bleak and hopeless.   But then, thanks to an IFAD-supported project, Fred and Concy had the chance to get back on their feet! Through support and training, they increased their income enough to pay their children's school fees, buy new livestock and equipment, and improve their home. 🏠💪   Now, Fred teaches beekeeping to other people with disabilities in his community, giving them a chance to improve their lives. ✨
