🚲🌍 Exciting update from Getafe during the last #EUMobilityWeek in September! We are proud to share that the DECARBOMILE Getafe Microhub played a key role in promoting sustainable transport. The Microhub hosted several bike maintenance and repair workshops, empowering the community with the skills to take care of their bikes and stay mobile. This initiative was made possible with the support of the Getafe City Council. ✨ Wrapping up the Consortium Meeting for the DECARBOMILE project in Nantes! ✨ A huge thank you to Nantes Métropole and IMT Atlantique for hosting and organising these insightful days! 🙌 These past few days allowed the living labs to present their technical and regulatory progress: with FlexiModal's TricyLift in Nantes Métropole, Opleidingscentrum voor hout en bouw's new barge routes for Freie und Hansestadt Hamburg, Groupe Migros' logistics hubs in Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, and finally, Intelligent Parking S.L.’s nano-hubs and lockers in Ayuntamiento de Logroño. Together, we are making great strides towards the future of last-mile logistics! 🌱🚛 A big thank you to all participants for their dedication and inspiring ideas! I am attending this week the Consortiuum Meeting of DECARBOMILE in Nantes, France. First of all congrats to all team here that has been organising the event. In collaboration with Logroño and Getafe City Councils (and other interesting partners) Intelligent Parking S.L. works to put in place all its equipment and PVerde platform to achieve a better urban distribution of goods, parcels and so on. Satellite-Cities und Living Labs: DECARBOMILE-Konsortium trifft sich in Frankreich Das 4. Consortium-Meeting des Projekts brachte diese Woche in Nantes Partner aus ganz Europa zusammen, um die Fortschritte in der nachhaltigen Logistik zu diskutieren. Im Mittelpunkt standen die vier Living Labs (Hamburg, Istanbul, Logrono, Nantes) sowie die Satellite-Cities, in denen die Lösungen zukünftig repliziert werden. Unsere Kollegen Henry & Sophronius waren als Teil des Hamburger Living-Labs dabei und präsentierten dort die aktuellen Fortschritte des Projekts zusammen mit Martin Krekeler, Christoph Petry (Senatskanzlei Hamburg), Katharina Beck, Ineke Jäger (beide TU Hamburg) und Julia Prätzas (DP DHL). Im Hamburger Use-Case steht insbesondere der Transport von Paketen mit einem elektrisch angetriebenen Boot über das Hamburger Fleet- und Kanalsystem auf der vorletzten Meile im Fokus, mit anschließender Auslieferung der Pakete per elektrischem Lastenrad auf der letzten Meile. Besonderes Highlight war die Präsentation dafür geeigneter innovativer Radlogistik-Lösungen. Workshops zu nachhaltigen Geschäftsmodellen und der Open-Data-Collaboration rundeten das Meeting ab.
