We’re excited to announce that we’re now working together with Gladia, a leading-edge speech-to-text API, to transcribe your phone calls and other audio data and directly connect them to Lettria for text analysis. Some of the key features of Gladia are: 1️⃣ It’s multilingual — supporting 99 different languages, with enhanced automatic language detection. This means that if a speaker changes language mid-conversation, Gladia will detect and translate it accordingly. Very useful for multilingual environments. 2️⃣ It’s secure — Gladia guarantees 100% safety of all data in accordance with EU and US privacy regulations. It’s GDPR compliant. 3️⃣ It’s fast and accurate — 1h of audio can be accurately transcribed in fewer than 120 seconds. Speaker diarization (identifying and splitting between multiple speakers in a call) and code-switching included. One of the most challenging aspects of any sales or customer success team is having quick and easy access to key customer information at the right time. This is why they spend hours and hours every week keeping their CRMs updated after every single call, email or chat message. Not anymore. This partnership will enable Lettria users to easily import Gladia JSON files into their projects, allowing users to access high-quality audio transcriptions directly within Lettria, to automatically enrich CRM tools.
