Reflecting on this transformative summer, I'm thrilled to share my experience as a Marketing Intern at MAKE UP FOR EVER, one of LVMH's prestigious Maisons. This opportunity has been truly enlightening, exposing me to the multifaceted landscape of strategic brand marketing. During my time with the North America marketing team, I contributed to strategic initiatives for 2025, focusing on elevating brand positioning and capturing new audience segments. One of my proudest achievements was presenting an in-depth competitor analysis to the executive leadership, highlighting market trends and strategic recommendations that will shape future business strategies. This experience left me with invaluable lessons: 🔍 The importance of data-driven market analysis in shaping business strategies 🤝 The power of cross-functional collaboration in driving impactful marketing initiatives 🌟 How to effectively communicate insights to executive leadership Beyond my direct responsibilities, the LVMH intern day and career fair provided invaluable exposure to the broader luxury industry landscape. These events offered unique networking opportunities and insights into the diverse career paths within the LVMH group. This experience has deepened my understanding of strategic branding, from weekly market analyses to developing compelling marketing strategies. I've gained practical skills in consumer behavior analysis and promotional campaign effectiveness that I'm eager to apply in my future endeavors. I'm deeply grateful to the entire Make Up For Ever team for their invaluable mentorship and support. I'd like to extend my sincere appreciation to Sonika Malhotra for her exceptional leadership, which inspired me to push my boundaries. My heartfelt gratitude goes to Dulce Duran and Jenna-Lee Votto for their outstanding guidance, providing me with numerous opportunities to effectively contribute to the brand's marketing efforts and for challenging me to think strategically. Special thanks to Baylee McCormick, MBA for seamlessly integrating me into the brand. The team's collective passion has been truly inspiring, shaping not only my internship experience but also my perspective on the industry as a whole. As I return to complete my Master's in Strategic Communication at Columbia University, I carry with me a wealth of knowledge and a renewed passion for strategic branding. A NIGHT OF ICONIC SHADES IN NEW YORK   Last week, the skyline was not the only thing sparkling in New York City!  As we gathered under the glittering lights, surrounded by Manhattan's effervescence, 42 beauty and lifestyle creators alongside top makeup artists came together to toast our iconic Artist Color Pencil. 🌟   Our signature dinner party featured our latest and already beloved shades – Wherever Walnut, Limitless Brown, Endless Cacao, and Anywhere Caffeine.
