𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝟒𝟔𝐭𝐡 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐕𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐖𝐢𝐧𝐞 Official announcement by the Republic of Moldova The launch event took place on the rooftops of Paris on 4 February, at the Maison de l'Alsace, bringing together the international community, embassies, and foreign media. Alongside Her Excellency the Ambassador of the Republic of Moldova in France, Mrs Corina Călugăru, the State Secretary of the Moldovan Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry, Mr Andrian Digolean, and Mr Ștefan Lamandi, Director of the National Office of Vine and Wine of Moldova, were present to share their strong commitment and enthusiasm for the organisation of the OIV Congress, as well as to present Moldovan vitiviniculture, past and present.
