🚲 Switzerland's bike to work campaign was definitely a success ! This initiative aims at promoting health and sustainable mobility among our team members. Throughout May and June, we have encouraged our Swiss teams to ditch their cars and hop on their bikes for their daily commute. Bike to Work isn't just about cycling—it's about fostering team spirit and embracing sustainable practices. We're proud to contribute to this nationwide movement, where over 100,000 commuters across Switzerland joined hands to pedal towards a healthier and greener future. This initiative perfectly aligns with our ongoing commitment to #uncovHERyourmove, where we advocate for physical activities as essential pillars of a healthy lifestyle. Katrien holds a PhD in Medical Sciences and a MSc in Biochemistry, bringing over 15 years of diverse experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Katrien's leadership acumen has shone brightly since 2013, guiding teams with a blend of scientific rigor and commercial insight. Over the past three years, she has excelled in establishing the Medical Affairs department in Organon Benelux and France, emphasizing team engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and positioning the medical team as a strategic partner. She is a firm believer in balancing family and professional life, finding well-being through yoga, walking, and gym activities.

Faire de l’exercice 30 minutes par jour peut réduire jusqu’à 30% les risques de maladies cardiovasculaires ! ⬇️ A l’heure actuelle, plus d’1/4 de la population adulte mondiale n’est pas suffisamment active et 1 femme sur 3 manque d’activité physique pour rester en bonne santé. Or, faire de l'exercice pendant 30 minutes par jour peut réduire jusqu'à 30% les risques de maladies cardiovasculaires, qui sont parmi les 1ères causes de mortalité chez les femmes. L’activité physique réduit également les symptômes de dépression et d’anxiété. Elle permet, pendant et après la grossesse (à intensité modérée), de diminuer les risques pour la mère et le bébé. Les enjeux autour de la sensibilisation à l’inclusion de petits gestes sportifs au quotidien sont hauts ! #RevELLETonMove, c'est le cri de ralliement pour mettre fin à la sédentarité, sans pression, lancé par 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗼𝗻 𝗠𝗶𝗱-𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲 avec l'illustratrice 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗹𝗲𝗲 !
