[APPOINTMENT] We are delighted to announce the appointment of Eric de Balincourt as President of SYSTRA France, effective 4 November.   In this role, he will be responsible for developing SYSTRA's business in France, the Group's home market, and for making the French subsidiary a key player in #mobility,#planning and #transportation.   Pierre Verzat, Chairman of the Management Board, said: ‘We are delighted to welcome Éric de Balincourt. His knowledge of major infrastructure projects and his wealth of experience in both the public and private sectors will be invaluable assets in this new phase of SYSTRA France's development.’   The SYSTRA Group has a long history in France, where it generated more than 20% of its turnover in 2024. [CONTRACT🖋️] Did you know that Cluj-Napoca was the second largest city in Romania 📍?  Cluj has just awarded SYSTRA a Project Management Consultancy contract (#PMC) to supervise the design and construction of its first automatic metro line 🚇 . 🎯Fast, reliable and sustainable, the Cluj-Napoca metro, which is scheduled to come into service at the end of 2031 📅, will help strengthen public transport services throughout the region. 🤝 We are delighted to contribute to this important project for #Romania. [MILESTONE 🚇] With fifteen months to go before entry into service, line 15 Sud is becoming more and more of a reality in Paris📍. [CONTRACT 🎉] SYSTRA Danmark has been awarded the basic design studies for the transport system, operation control centre and maintenance site of the future #Copenhagen metro M5 line, in a consortium with Danish engineering firm RAMBØLL DANMARK and Gottlieb Paludan Architects as subcontractor. 🚇 This project will benefit from the Group’s experience gained on benchmark projects such as the Grand Paris Express and the Dubai metro.
