Insights from Nutreco and FPP Amsterdam 🌱 Two weeks ago, our COO, Olivia de Talancé joined a panel at #FPPAmsterdam focused on #NovelFood Safety Assessment 🥚🔬 She also had an enriching experience at the Nutreco opening event, skillfully organized by Panagiotis (Pano) Vlachogiannis and Susanne Wiegel. The event highlighted Nutreco’s forward-thinking strategy for #CellBasedFood and their vision for the next 130 years 🌍📈 — a focus that resonates deeply with our parent company, a family-owned group with a similar long-term outlook. A lively and joyful evening topped with Chef Jun Hao’s feedback about his experience cooking cultivated chicken.👩🍳 We left the event more eager than ever to receive Regulatory approval in Singapore and launch our Vital Chicken in this land of innovation. ⚡Product before Marketing ⚡ At VITAL MEAT, our goal has always been to focus on our product and ensuring it's as delicious and sustainable as possible.🌎 Innovation and disruption often demand making practical, strategic choices to drive progress forward. We focused early on our budget on science, not marketing, to offer a tangible ingredient that could be supplied broadly 🍗 However, the time has come to showcase our best, and we're thrilled to be collaborating with Studio Lambrequin on an amazing upcoming event! Stay tuned for more details... ✨ #CultivatedMeat #ScienceFirst #VitalMeat #FoodRevolution #Marketing

📈Cultivated Meat Summit in Boston : The industry is making great progress! 🤝 Last week, our COO, Olivia de Talancé, participated in the 6th Cultivated Meat and Seafood Summit in Boston. She presented VITAL MEAT's journey towards regulatory approval.🌍✨ The discussions made it clear that while industry leaders are making impressive progress on their respective technologies, they also recognize the need to taking it step by step before launching major factories and achieving price parity. It is obvious that the cultivated meat ecosystem is steadily advancing, and we're confident that each milestone will be met as we continue this journey.🍗🐔 At Vital Meat, we've taken this more conservative approach from the outset, and we're delighted to see it shared across the industry! Our special thanks to the organizers for bringing us together to chart this course for the future Megan Poole Hannah Poole and Laine Clark of The Good Food Institute.🙌 Thanks to all for the valuable discussions particularly Kaitlin Grady Cameron Copeland Mihir Pershad, Olivia's co-panelists, with whom they dived into the importance of partnerships! As we bid adieu to Orianne DEVARIEUX, who has been an integral part of our VITAL MEAT team as intern, we can't help to ask her some questions about her journey with us ❓. Here are some highlights from Orianne’s recent interview: 1/ What's the surprising fact about cultivated meat that people may not know ? 🐔 2/ What's the most rewarding aspect of working at Vital Meat? 🌍 3/ Imagine that Vital Meat was a competitor in the Olympic Games. In which event would it compete, and why? 🏅 4/ If you could invite a historical figure to taste our cultivated meat, who would it be and what would you say? 🍽 All the answers in the carousel! 😉😉 Thank you for all your hard work. We hope to hear about your future successes! 🌟 #Farewell #Internship #CulturedMeat #FoodInnovation #TeamVitalMeat ENSTBB-Bordeaux INP
