Please note – you must be fluent in French and English. Travel around the EU and UK will be required often.

Our client is one of the largest hospitality brands globally. They have an extensive range of luxury apartments and hotels across their brands. They continue to see steady and strong growth and will be opening into new locations this year.

In this newly created role, you will be accountable for the end-to-end life cycle of employees across the Netherlands and other entities in the EU with a focus on France.

About the role

• Support the delivery of P&C key deliverables including Engagement, Talent Management, Absence Management, Retention, Onboarding, Equality, Performance Management etc.
• Ensure staff understand and follow HR policies, procedures and processes consistently.
• Manage monthly checks and data validation to ensure the business is compliant with legislation.
• Be the go-to for employee advice, providing legal compliant and advice on employee relations.

About you

• Strong proficiency in both written and spoken French and English.
• Solid understanding of French employment law, as well as other European countries.
• Ability to build strong relationships and be trusted at all levels.
• Able to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.
