Allows Bepinex folder and Qmods folder to be installed in locations other then the game dir so that you can just point the doorstop config to the install path and load mods from anywhere.

Changes fatal error to a warning which allows nitrox to run with QModManager
Added a new mod status for Nitrox Compatibility. Added new optional NitroxCompat bool to Mod.json (defaults false) Mods that do not specify they are nitrox compatible in the mod.json will be skipped when nitrox is running.
