We’re pleased to share that the Cathay Group reported an attributable profit of HK$9.9 billion in 2024, driven by stronger cargo demand, higher passenger volumes, lower fuel prices and higher cost efficiencies.   The Cathay Group continues to strengthen Hong Kong’s position as an international aviation hub, having committed over HK$100 billion in investments in new aircraft and elevating the customer experience coinciding with the launch of the Three-Runway System.   To further enrich our home city’s connection to the world, we’ve already announced 13 additional destinations for 2025, with an aim to bring our passenger services to more than 100 destinations worldwide within the year.    We are grateful to our people, customers and stakeholders for the incredible support they have shown over the past year.
