About us

Feather & Bone - merchants of food & drink, bringing top quality meats sourced directly from Australian (and other parts of the world) farmers to the heart of Hong Kong. In-store and through the online shop, you'll find premium cuts of meat hand-cut daily by the butchers. Each location also features a grocer offering a wide assortment of fresh produce, pantry items, cheeses, charcuterie, wines and more. Seven of the ten locations have a beautiful restaurant on site, where one may choose their favourite cut from the butcher's counter directly or choose from an a-la-carte boasting a wide range of other (seasonal) dishes created by Group Executive Chef, James Oakley. Quality is key, but affordability too and so our own house labels were created a couple of years ago, Three Butchers, Best Value and F.A.B Coffee Roasters. With products ranging from wine, beer, charcuterie, (frozen) meats, seafood and mustards to coffee blends that are roasted in-house daily. Distributed to all locations, but also for sale in the shops and online. In recent years, a range of Butchery Masterclasses were launched, for the fans to be able to get involved on an interactive and personal level - learning how to make sausages from scratch, how to create our signature beef Wellington, butcher an entire lamb, all hosted by our expert butchers. Through relationships with other industry professionals, a range of beverage classes were also introduced - wine blending and the martini class. With the inception of FAB Rewards in 2021, we have built a loyal following - as of May 2024, 20,000 members who are rewarded through restaurant and shopping rewards based on a point-earning system. Feather & Bone aims to bring top quality produce to different neighbourhoods of Hong Kong that are affordable and fresh! * the group also owns and operates RUAM (vibrant Thai restaurant in Wan Chai) and Siam Noodle Co. (a Thai boat noodle concept in Causeway Bay)
