We are thrilled to have hosted NTUC Secretary-General Ng Chee Meng and his team from National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) at SIAEC’s hangar facilities, alongside representatives from AESU, SEEU and SIASU!    SIAEC's engineers, technicians and staff from Base Maintenance Division had the opportunity to engage with the delegates, offering insights into our day-to-day operations. We also presented our continuous improvement journey and several ongoing initiatives that include the Continuous Improvement Culture and the Enterprise Operating System development programmes. In addition, we showcased several digital and technology solutions, as well as the initiatives that were identified for the Company Training Committee grant. Through these initiatives, we aim to enhance the productivity and operational efficiency of both our workforce and business processes. #SIAEC
