Inclusion, Diversity and Equity (IDE) is an integral part in making who we are at KPMG. This year, I am proud that our people are celebrating the month with an emphasis on Diversity Matters to champion diversity in our workplace. By doing so, we are recognising the importance of diversity of perspectives, and the value it brings to us in igniting innovation and inspiring insights. Our people are made up of a multitude of unique characteristics, which supports us having strong female leaders in 45% of our leadership roles, along with our Next Generation Council which highlights our value in cross-generation voices, our cultural diversity of ethnicities, and backgrounds across our workforce, and much more. Our recent ASPAC Pride Summit also speaks for itself, attracting over 350 colleagues from across the region to hear about different perspectives to broaden our learning on inclusion. Our recent diversity video features our colleagues sharing the importance of IDE and why diversity matters. Let us take this chance to take a further step to IDE and build a harmonious workplace together.
