🎉 Thanks for joining us at our Flexible Funding Workshop last Friday! 🌟 We had an incredible turnout of more than 30 nonprofit leaders coming together to discuss the crucial topic of flexible and operational funding. The energy in the room was palpable as we dove into meaningful conversations about strengthening funder-nonprofit partnerships. 🎉Exciting news! We're thrilled to be finalists for the Shared Value Project Award in the 'Shared Value Bravery' category! 💪 As a group of dynamic women social impact leaders, we've been making a difference as a collective force, "Voice for Social Good", in Hong Kong since March 2020. Our goal? A more equitable, inclusive, and resilient Hong Kong. Through stakeholder engagement, thought leadership, and collaboration, we tackle systemic issues and amplify the voices of the underserved. 🤝🌱 Our advocacy work has led to groundbreaking core operational funding and flexible practices from funders in Hong Kong. We even successfully met with the HK Government to convey the need for urgent financial support, to which they responded by including registered nonprofits in the next round of emergency funding. Our #BakeADifference campaign and global video reception show that the need for core operational funding is universal. Trust-based partnerships between nonprofits and funders are crucial for sustainable growth and effective service delivery. Let's shift the focus from constant fundraising to impactful work.
