The Human Resources Team

What You Will Do

We are seeking a Assistant HR Manager, Business Partner who will work closely with the team to develop and implement effective HR strategies that align with the objectives of the organisation. The position is responsible for implementing a range of human resources functions including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.


Roles and Responsibilities

1) Effectively communicate and educate all levels of the company on HR issues in a timely manner.

Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of employee records, including new hire information and changes in employment status.

• Assist in the post hiring process and onboarding.

• Collaborate with the HR Director and Manager to develop HR policies and procedures.

• Assist in organizational change initiatives, including restructuring or process changes.


2) Provide expert guidance in feedback, employee relations, and collaborate with CoE team members in talent development, coaching, compensation, and organizational development.

• Collaborate with CoE HR teams to champion and drive a culture of excellence, fostering engagement and inspiration to deliver outstanding business results.


3) Support the manager in fostering a positive working environment and enhancing relations between staff and employers.

• Oversee employee development initiatives and identify training needs.

Address employee concerns and queries, ensuring effective resolution.

• Assist in conducting employee surveys, analysis and feedback mechanisms.

• Coordinate and participate in employee engagement activities.

• Provide support in the execution of internal communications strategies.


4) Assist in ensuring compliance with country and local employment laws and regulations.

• Prepare regular reports, including turnover rates and employee engagement metrics.


5) Assist in implementing/ educating business unit team members on HR practices, including performance feedback, calibration, and facilitating career transitions

• Help identify high-potential employees and succession planning.
