About the role

• H&H Group is seeking for a Human Resources Manager, direct report to Group C&B Director, responsible for supporting HR operation across Asia regions, mainly HK and SG office.
• Work location: Hong Kong

Job Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic HR Business partner in full range of HR services to the business
• Work closely with stakeholders on HR function - C&B, manpower planning, performance management, employee relations, etc.
• Build up and maintain a close relationship with internal customers in developing HR initiatives
• Work closely with regional HR team in driving the implementation of regional objectives and programs
• Partner with management to take action on organization change and other human resources issues
• Manage the HR reporting requirements to ensure timely and accurate people metrics data
• Participate in any HR projects and any ad hoc duties

Who We Are Looking For

• Bachelor Degree in HR Management or related disciplines
• At least with 8 years HR generalist experience in multinational companies. A background in FMCG and corporate office would be an advantage
• Solid experience in C&B management and expatriate administration.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Diplomatic, professional and confidential at all times.
• Ability to roll sleeves up and get involved when necessary with any ad hoc duties
• Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese/Mandarin
