Responsibilities:

  • To provide support in the coordination and implementation of various culture promotion programmes and campaigns
  • To assist in the arrangement of various events and activities to promote staff engagement and wellness
  • To provide support in the promotion and implementation of various OD projects such as Talent Development Programme, WIT Programme and Staff Recognition Programme
  • To support day-to-day OD administration, maintain proper records and handle payments on cultural change initiatives and development activities
  • To support ad hoc projects as assigned
