Purpose

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant who is passionate about Fashion and Branding to join the regional marketing team of the French Fashion-Sports brand, Lacoste, in our Hong Kong office. This is a fantastic opportunity to discover our unique brand universe and support the overall marketing operation across the APAC region.

In this role, you will work closely with both global and local teams and will actively contribute to the development of regional marketing activations across major platforms and channels, including retail, e-commerce, social media, and media placement, as well as support the team with overall PR and event management, KOLs engagement, and CRM planning.

This role will allow you to step up your marketing skillset and develop into a regional specialist within the Fashion-Sports segment.

MARKETING ASSISTANT

Job Responsibilities

• Support the regional marketing team in all day-to-day responsibilities
• Assist in planning key marketing activations covering PR, event, content creation, social, media placement and CRM/CX, by working closely with the markets and cross-functional teams
• Lead post-activation analysis and report consolidation for the region
• Coordinate content creation in the region to ensure compliance with brand voice and guidelines
• Actively keep a pulse on emerging trends through various social media channels and elaborate competitive analysis using data software
• Support the team with ad hoc presentations, analysis requests, and clerical work such as invoicing etc.
• Be involved in marketing budget planning and management

Job Requirements

• A strong interest in Fashion and Marketing
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Great attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Able to work with various internal and external stakeholders
• Team player with a “can do” attitude
• High proficiency in verbal and written English is a must. French/Asian Language is a plus.
• Proficient use of MS suite, most specifically Excel and PowerPoint, and photo/video editing tools
