The Role:

The Regional Trade Marketing Executive works closely with the SPA and B2B team in Asia Pacific.

Key focus is to increase market exposure and sales in existing network by supporting our Spa partners with marketing and operational solutions while maintaining close relationship with local marketing team and representatives to deploy action plans. The role will be an integral part of the APAC Spa team, leading campaign initiatives with key markets, supporting in Spa opening preparation. Reporting line: Regional Assistant SPA Development Manager


What you will do:

Support in Spa projects with Spa partners, local affiliates/ distributors for both new Spa openings and existing accounts

  • Support Spa & B2B business development team by sharing brand guideline, consolidating marketing materials and communication solutions with hotel partners.
  • Monitor and summarize progress of new project via critical path.
  • Coordinate with local marketing team and VM team to implement local Spa & B2B marketing plan and merchandising standard.
  • Maintain product assortments with local teams on monthly basis.
  • Work with key partners to identify opportunities to increase sales, enhance customer experience.
  • Monitor key accounts' marketing activities and activations.
  • Track Spa & B2B partners' performances and consolidate sales data.
  • Provide solutions & assistance to hotel partners regarding spa & B2B operational issues.


Marketing strategies and communications

  • Adapt marketing strategies and tools to ensure visibility and increase partner's performances through our global wellness offer.
  • Consolidate and introduce marketing proposal for local marketing team and hotel partners.
  • Gather and bring marketing best practices, deploy relevant strategies to markets and Spa partners.
  • Provide PR strategies and assistance in PR event, consolidate communications KPI.
  • Coordinate with Central team, local markets and hotel partners on publishing official press release & social media communications.
  • Provide analysis to Spa business development team and Central Spa marketing team.


All other duties or projects as assigned

  • Conduct market studies quarterly to anticipate market evolution and share with Regional and Global business development and Marketing team.




What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor degree, preferably in marketing or business management
  • 3+ year experience B2B Marketing/ Trade Marketing preferably in cosmetics, wellnes, spa brand or hospitality.
  • Proficiency in all Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint), Photoshop, Illustrator. InDesign will be a plus
  • Solution-driven, analytical & critical thinking
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
  • Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, any additional language is a plus
