Senior HR Officer / Assistant HR Manager (Site Based Role)

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the hiring managers and project leaders to analyze job requirements, manpower needs, talent landscape in the market
• Manage manpower plans in-conjunction with the Projects and ensure all recruitment related activities are handled in an efficient and professional manner
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding
• Provide guidance and support to project leaders and managers on HR-related issues
• Investigate and resolve any employee relations concerns or disputes that arise
• Coordinate training and professional development opportunities for site personnel
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records and documentation
• Serve as the main point of contact for all HR-related inquiries from site staff
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years relevant experience, preferably in construction / engineering industry
• 5.5 days work per week, from 8 am to 6 pm
• Site based HR role
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
• Good people management and engaging personality
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Human Resources Manager
