The Department

The Human Resources Department formulates people strategies to support its business partners to meet their business goals and objectives. The department aims to ensure a fit between the people and the overall strategic direction of the Club.

The job holder reports to Deputy Executive Manager, HR (Business Facing) of the Club’s IT Division. S/he is responsible for providing proactive HR operations and administration services. S/he also supports a full spectrum of integrated HR activities in collaboration with the business, HR Center of Excellence and HR Shared Services team.

The Job

You will:

  • Support IT HR Business Facing team in providing a full spectrum of integrated people management services such as consultancy advice, employee retention, performance management, exit management, promotion and transfers, rewards decisions, staff communication & engagement, and disciplinary matters, etc. to support and facilitate the achievement of business objectives
  • Provide operational and administration support to the HR Business Facing team. S/he will manage staff requisitions, staff movement documentations, update org-charts, maintain active staff data and turnover data together with other HR metrics, requests from the line to support with resource management, support the off-boarding process support other ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager
  • Identify and mitigate HR-related risks and escalate / recommend solutions as needed to ensure Human Resources practices are in compliance with Employment Ordinance and other statutory requirements


About You

You should:

  • Have a degree with at least 5 years solid experience in full spectrum of HR area
  • Have good capability to work with diverse stakeholders in a diverse working culture with cross-functional teams; from senior management to junior staff
  • Attention to details and confidentiality when handling sensitive personal information
  • Independent, Proactive & Self-motivated
  • Proficient in MS Excel; hands-on experience in using Tableau is a plus
  • Possess excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediately available is a plus
