The Social Media and Community Specialist is responsible for managing the company's social media presence, engaging with the online community, and driving social media strategy to support marketing and business objectives. This role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create, curate, and publish engaging content (e.g., text posts, images, videos, live streams) that aligns with the company's brand and resonates with the target audience
Analyze social media analytics and performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement
Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate social media campaigns with other marketing initiatives
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices
Assist in the development and management of the company's online community
Identify and engage with relevant influencers, industry leaders, and potential partners
Required Skills And Experience
2-3 years of experience in a social media or community management role
Proficiency in using a variety of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and on-brand content
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Creativity and a keen eye for visual design, with the ability to create or curate visually appealing content
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and industry developments
