The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) has issued its first digital native note (DNN) with Euroclear on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. A huge bid for Seven & i Holdings, the owner of 7-Eleven, by Canada's owner of Circle K, Alimentation Couche-Tard, could be one of Japan's largest ever foreign takeovers.
