We are pleased to announce that Óbuda Group is strengthening its senior leadership team - Gábor Horváth has been appointed Deputy CEO, responsible for the project management division, while Otto Vörös will serve as Deputy CEO overseeing operations. ✨ Horváth Gábor joined Óbuda Group in 2014 as director, his name is associated with major investment projects. 💭 „Project management is not only a profession but also a vocation and a responsibility, both of which are essential for the successful delivery of complex development projects.The key to investment success lies in forward-thinking, professional excellence, efficiency, and innovation. Trucks Service Centre and Headquarters was created with this balance in mind. 🏢 🧘♂️ A recent article published by Építészfórum explores the green and climate conscious solutions of the building, its interior design inspired by the Scandinavian landscape, as well as the unique architectural features arising from its dual-purpose use. 🌿 📰 "Due to the dual functionality of the complex, we emphasised distinct interior design concepts: the lobby and public areas reflect a more industrial atmosphere, aligning with the service and industrial functions, whereas the upper-floor office spaces offer a warm, cozy ambience, creating a comfortable and inviting working and community space for employees," said Boglárka Balogh, lead interior designer at Óbuda Group. The BRJ residential building as part of the eighth phase of the BudaPart project, is featured in Építészfórum.📰 Our design studio has created a residential building that will house a total of 226 apartments, all thoughtfully designed with everyday comfort and energy efficiency in mind. Each apartment will feature a balcony or terrace, while storage units and parking spaces will be available on the ground floor, along with bicycle storage facilities on the garage level. 🏙️ The residential building will be located directly next to the green area, offering panoramic views of the Kopaszi-gát and Lágymányosi-öböl. 🌲🌳🌾 Óbuda Group was responsible for the permit and technical design, while Finta and Partners Architectural Studio handled the concept design for the project. #obudagroup #thinkahead #technicaldesign #architecture

The National Athletics Centre Nominated for Another Prestigious Architectural Award! 🤩 ArchDaily, the globally renowned architectural platform, has also noticed the unique design of the National Athletics Centre.
