PT PP Properti Tbk (PPRO) has successfully concluded its Suspension of Debt Payment Obligation (PKPU) process, marking a significant milestone in the company's financial restructuring efforts. Led by our partner, Triangga Kamal, our law firm assisted PPRO in navigating this complex process, resulting in a total restructured debt of Rp15.2 trillion. The outcome saw 100% approval from banking creditors and 90% from consumer and vendor creditors for the proposed restructuring agreement.
