Through demonstrating superior business performance, we have been recognised for the tenth year at the awards ceremony in the RDS on Thursday, 19th September. This year, Deloitte recognised 129 indigenous companies at the awards, representing 28 of the 32 counties across the island of Ireland. The network of companies has a combined turnover of more than €15 billion and provide employment to over 45,000 people across a range of sectors from technology and healthcare to construction. A thorough judging process precedes the recognition each year, evaluating the entire management team and the business strategy of each company. The judges examine a wide range of areas when assessing Ireland’s top privately-owned businesses, such as a business’ environmental, social and governance standards, strategic planning and talent strategy. 🖥 www.clancy.ie #Clancy #BuiltonPartnership #BestManaged

🏡𝐓𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐨𝐝𝐬, 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐨𝐨𝐫𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐤📍 Yesterday was a proud day for Clancy Construction as we joined Cork City Council in marking key milestones across three housing developments, bringing 133 new homes closer to delivery and officially opening 30 A-Rated apartments. 🔹Carraig View, Blackrock – Officially opened by Lord Mayor Dan Boyle, this scheme delivers 30 A-rated apartments built by Clancy Construction and developed by Lyonshall Ltd. It will be managed by Tuath Housing Association on behalf of Cork City Council. 🔹Clover Hill Court, Mahon – A 90-home urban infill development is now underway, with Clancy overseeing the construction of 28 one-bedroom, 56 two-bedroom, and 6 three-bedroom homes. 🔹Westside Court, Model Farm Road – This development will deliver 43 new apartments, supporting much-needed social housing in the west of the city. Our goal is not only to provide much-needed homes for local families but also to showcase how Modern Methods of Construction can transform the way we approach, design and deliver housing – faster, more sustainable, and more efficient. We are proud to have delivered Carraig View and look forward to bringing the Clover Hill Court and Westside Court developments to life in partnership with Cork City Council - Comhairle Cathrach Chorcaí, the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, and Tuath Housing Association. 🖥 www.clancy.ie #Clancy #BuiltonPartnership #SocialHousing #MMC #Sustainability #BuildingCork

🔋𝗣𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻♻️ At Clancy Construction, we’re proud to be working in collaboration with Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council to pioneer sustainable energy solutions on our Stillorgan site. By integrating a 160kVA battery system with 240kWh storage capacity, we've significantly reduced our reliance on traditional generators. Previously, this project - comprising a new library and 88 Apartments - would have required three generators running for 10 hours daily. Now, with our innovative setup, just one generator runs for five hours to charge the battery, providing power for the entire site. This initiative, spearheaded by Clancy Construction’s Sustainability Lead, Tom O'Malley, in partnership with JTM Energy, demonstrates the real-world benefits of sustainable construction. The system has a three-and-a-half-year return and will be deployed on future sites, helping drive the industry towards a cleaner, more efficient future. Innovative thinking today for a more sustainable tomorrow! Read more: https://lnkd.in/ewMUeUrs
