Digitising Food Waste, Inventory, And Margin Management - Increasing Margins And Reducing Food Waste | Lets Talk! (Info Below👇)

Reflecting on my recent conversation with Candice Finn 🎙 Following my enlightening discussion with Candice Finn, Commercial Development Director at Litmus, I'm struck by her genuine commitment to her customers. As a consultant, her knack for asking the right questions and truly listening to clients' needs sets her apart. Candice's approach, rooted in consumer insight, paves the way for tailored solutions that bridge the gap between expectations and reality. I'm particularly impressed by Litmus's dedication to excellence, evident in their ISO accreditations and their pursuit of B Corp certification. Walking the walk, they not only deliver quality services but also contribute to social value through initiatives like the Litmus Haven Fund. Candice's perspective on technology resonates deeply with me. It's not about replacing humans but enhancing productivity and service delivery. As she aptly puts it, technology should complement, not overshadow, the human touch in the food service sector. Reflecting on our conversation, three key challenges facing the industry stand out: talent acquisition and retention, authentic ESG practices, and navigating supply chain complexities. These are issues we must tackle head-on to ensure the resilience and sustainability of our businesses. More on this in the video below. Tune in to the podcast for more insights and join us in addressing these critical challenges together! https://lnkd.in/e63TFn-q
